Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager of Sales located in Puducherry, India. The Manager of Sales will oversee daily sales operations, develop and implement business plans, analyze sales data, ensure high levels of customer service, and manage communication with team members and clients. The role involves driving sales performance, achieving targets, and maintaining a strong presence in the local market.

  • Proven Customer Service skills to enhance guest experiences
  • Experience in Sales Operations, including target achievement and performance management
  • Leadership skills to manage and mentor the sales team
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and local languages is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
