Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
- Present and promote products/services to prospective customers professionally.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales is preferred.
Key Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to present and influence effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
