Job Description- Operations Manager

One of India's biggest political and policy consulting organizations, This company Technology & Strategy Consulting, was started by a group of socio-entrepreneurs from colleges like IIT, ISB, and NIT. Currently driven by a strong team of more than 650 young professionals with a presence across India. We leverage data and technology to drive large-scale political campaigns, design action-oriented community outreach, formulate targeted communications, and make government programs more effective.

Job Responsibilities:

● Strategize long/short-term roadmaps for the client in conjunction with the Company senior management

● Define processes and comprehensive plans of action for imminent/ad-hoc client needs

● Build scenario-specific plans for all possible outcomes/events during the last-mile campaign execution

● Coordinate cross-functionally with zonal operations and central tech/communication teams

● Ensure daily operational performance reporting for higher management and clients whilst showcasing day-by-day progress of the projects/new initiatives

● Showcase proactive stakeholder management to ensure a positive long-term relationship with our clients

● Perform QC for the reports received

● Create presentations & reports

Requirements and Qualifications:

● Candidates having a strong grasp of the political landscape in India will have an advantage

● Should be Bachelors in any field (Mandatory).

● Only those candidates can apply who are available for full-time (in-office)

Experience - 3 to 4 Years

Salary - up to 50000 Rs./month

Skill(s) required - MS-Office, MS-Excel, Google sheets & google docs, reporting, English Proficiency (Spoken), English Proficiency (Written), Hindi Proficiency (Spoken), Hindi Proficiency (Written)
