ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Campaign Manager to lead political campaign operations from planning to execution. The Campaign Manager will oversee strategy, messaging, ground-level operations, digital outreach, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the success of the candidate and the campaign. This role requires strong leadership, political acumen, and the ability to thrive under high-pressure, fast-changing environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

− Develop and execute an end-to-end campaign strategy, aligned with the candidate's vision and party goals.

− Lead on-ground campaign operations, including rallies, events, and grassroots mobilisation.

− Manage campaign messaging, branding, and communication strategy across digital and traditional media.

− Build and supervise teams handling research, social media, outreach, and field operations.

− Coordinate with political leaders, party workers, volunteers, and external stakeholders.

− Track campaign performance, public sentiment, and media narratives; adjust strategies in real time.

− Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor coordination to ensure efficiency.

− Handle crisis situations with swift, solution-oriented communication.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

− Strong understanding of Indian political systems, voter behavior, and campaign dynamics.

− Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.

− Ability to craft and deliver compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. − Proficiency in Tamil and English.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

− Master's/Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Management, Mass Communication, or related field.

− 4+ years of experience in political consulting, campaign management, or large-scale event/project management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
