Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Puducherry, India. The Vice President of Hotel Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure excellent service and efficient management. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring staff, managing lodging and restaurant services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing effective operational strategies. The role also involves optimizing resources, maintaining service standards, and collaborating with various departments to achieve financial and customer service goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Hotel Management, Lodging, and Hospitality, with a strong understanding of operational and guest service excellence
  • Experience in Restaurant Management, including overseeing dining operations and ensuring high-quality food and service standards
  • Proficiency in Recruiting and Hiring to build and maintain a skilled and motivated workforce
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to analyse performance metrics and implement improvements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a senior hotel management or operational leadership role
