Role Description & Skills

  • This is full- time, on- field role for Key Account Manager for the location
    Mumbai
    &
    Hyderabad
  • Strong understanding of Modern Trade operations in FMCG.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Proficient in Excel with strong analytical ability.
  • Execution-focused with the ability to manage multiple key accounts.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/MBA preferred.
  • 6–10 years of FMCG experience in Modern Trade/Key Accounts.
  • Experience in handling
    MT chains
    (Dmart, Reliance, Star Bazaar, SPAR, Metro, Ratnadeep, Patel, RK Bazar, etc.).
  • Willing to travel; experience managing promoters/merchandisers is a plus.

Key Responsibility

  • Achieve monthly/annual sales targets and drive revenue through new listings, assortment expansion, and category growth.
  • Build and manage relationships with MT purchase/category managers.
  • Negotiate trading terms, margins, and annual agreements.
  • Ensure planogram compliance, product visibility, stock availability, and execution through regular store visits.
  • Coordinate with supply chain for orders, dispatches, and fill rates; handle claims and reconciliations with finance.
  • Analyze sales data, create dashboards/reports, and share insights for business improvement.
