Project Management and Client Relation:—  Spearhead client meetings, ensuring acomprehensive understanding of client requirements.—  Develop and execute strategic project plans,overseeing seamless collaboration among internal teams.—  Lead strategic discussions, conceptpresentations, and client negotiations with finesse and expertise.—  Inspire and guide team members throughoutproject execution, maintaining proactive client communication.Client Relationship Management:—  Serve as the primary liaison between clientsand internal teams, ensuring clarity in project objectives and deliverables.—  Cultivate deep client relationships,anticipating needs, and identifying opportunities for account growth.—  Uphold high standards of service delivery,managing client expectations and project timelines effectively.—  Oversee contractual agreements, invoicing,and other commercial aspects of client engagements.Business Development:—  Client Outreach: Actively seek new businessopportunities by reaching out to potential clients who align with our servicesand values.—  Proposal Creation: Develop persuasiveproposals that highlight Stirrup's strengths, unique offerings, and how we can addvalue to prospective clients' projects.—  Continuous Improvement: Regularly brainstormand implement innovative ideas to stay ahead of the competition and strengthen Stirrup's position in the market. RequirementsQualifications:—  Bachelor's or master's degree in business,Economics, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.—  4 -8 years of progressive experience inconsultancy, design agency, or corporate communications firm, with a focus onclient management. Skill:—  Proven expertise in client relations andproject management, with a demonstrated ability to oversee complex initiativesand deliverables.—  Exceptional communication, negotiation, andinterpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail.—  Strong business acumen, analytical thinking,and problem -solving abilities.—  Track record of building and nurturingenduring client relationships, driving client satisfaction and loyalty.—  Strategic mindset, with a proactive andresults -driven approach to business development.—  Willingness to travel as needed to engagewith clients and represent the company.
