**Client Service Executive **Experience Needed : (1-3 years of Client servicing experience)
- Coordinating the end-to-end life cycle of the customer journey.
- Sending invites for each step involved in all Career Progression Program
- First level interaction with leads enquiring about program
- Tracking of client journey and ensuring the interim milestones are completed for each client
- Ensure coordinating with Coaches, Counselors and Korporate ladders leadership team to ensure each program step is complete in all respects
- Proactive in approach towards client servicing
- Collecting video reviews and google reviews from the clients after the program completion
- Status Reporting to Korporate Ladders management of the Client servicing journey
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Good command in English and Hindi language

**Social Media Executive (Content Specialist)**
- Create relevant content related to social media ads/reels/ videos and captions for creatives for 4 social media platforms including LinkedIn.
- Creating unique, simple-to-understand, and user-friendly content using good SEO techniques.
- Writing new web content and editing existing content.
- Editing and proof-reading new content before publication.

**Salary**: ₹8,937.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
