Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy Technical Recruiter Intern or Freshers to support our HR and Talent Acquisition team.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students who want to learn how technical hiring works in IT and engineering domains(B.Tech in Electronics, CS,) . Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in understanding and analyzing job requirements for technical positions.
  • Source potential candidates using Linked In, Naukri, and other job portals.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical and soft skills.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Update and maintain recruitment trackers and applicant databases.
  • Participate in HR meetings and discussions related to recruitment strategy.
  • Support on-boarding and offer process for selected candidates.
  • Learn about Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Basic understanding of IT and Engineering job roles (Developer, Tester, Analyst, etc.)
  • Familiarity with programming languages or technology concepts (preferred for B.Tech candidates)
  • Basic knowledge of resume screening, interview scheduling, and hiring processes
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter / Naukri / Indeed (basic level)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and recruitment software/ATS tools.

Job Details:

Work Location: Work from office

Job Type: Full time

Working Hours: 9 am – 6 pm

Pay : 1.20 LPA
