Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Technical Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in sourcing and hiring IT professionals. The ideal candidate should be skilled in screening technical resumes, coordinating interviews, and working closely with hiring managers to close roles efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates for IT roles such as Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud Engineers, and Support Engineers.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to offer rollout.
  • Use job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and internal databases for candidate search.
  • Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate technical fit based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or spreadsheets.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
  • Provide timely updates and communication to candidates and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT/Technical recruitment.
  • Understanding of basic technical terms (Java, Python, Cloud, SDLC, QA, etc.).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience using job boards like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring for both contract and full-time IT positions.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Experience in bulk hiring or niche technical hiring.
