Role Description
Job Title: Account Manager – IT
Responsible for managing key client accounts, driving business growth, and ensuring successful delivery of Brisa Technologies' IT solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and promote Brisa's IT offerings.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to deliver solutions on time.
- Understand client requirements and ensure high service satisfaction.
- Achieve account growth and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or Business.
- 4-6 years of experience in IT account management or sales.
- Strong communication, client-handling, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work with cross-functional teams.
