Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales, generate leads, and expand our client base in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Generate and manage leads through site visits, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to promote projects and close deals.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
- Maintain proper records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and property values.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in real estate sales or business development (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sales drive.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹61,871.70 per month
