Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales / Business Development Professional, located in Madurai. The professional will be responsible for identifying and securing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, presenting solutions to potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Business Development
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in market research and developing sales strategies
- Familiarity with PCB Layout & Design, PCB Manufacturing, and Electronics Manufacturing Services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
