Key Requirements
- This is a field sales role involving daily travel and doctor visits.
- Own bike and laptop are mandatory.
- Experience in Healthcare / Pharma / Medical Devices / SaaS Sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Meet and engage with doctors on a daily basis to introduce and demonstrate the HealthPlix EMR software.
- Conduct product demos, explain features, and resolve queries to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, medical associations, and clinics.
- Drive product adoption and ensure active usage by doctors post onboarding.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors and clinic staff.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth implementation and support.
- Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM regularly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0–4 years of experience in field sales; experience in healthcare domain is an added advantage.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined in follow-up.
- Comfortable with local travel.
- Ability to communicate value and handle objections confidently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
