Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team in Kozhikode. This is a full-time, mid-level position for professionals with 2 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing sales strategies, enhancing customer relationships, and contributing to our mission of transforming the test-prep sector.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 2 to 6 years of experience in business development or sales roles, ideally within the education sector.
- Proficient in sales and lead generation (Mandatory skill) with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Expertise in customer relationship management (Mandatory skill) to maintain and grow client relationships effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure beneficial agreements and partnerships with various stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying messages clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Ability to conduct thorough market research to recognize and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Proficiency in relationship building with clients, partners, and internal teams to foster collaboration and growth.
- Strategic planning skills to formulate plans and initiatives that drive growth and expand the company's market presence.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand student outreach and increase enrollment.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives and market trends.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform and shape the company's business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and business development initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to provide insights into business development activities and progress.
- Participate in events, workshops, and seminars to enhance the company's presence and brand recognition.
- Utilize feedback from clients and market analysis to suggest and implement service improvements and innovations.
