About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Business Development Executive to drive IT product and solution sales across various industries, including E-commerce, HR Portals, Learning Management, School Management, Fintech, Healthcare, Billing Software, and more. If you have a passion for B2B/B2C sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation, this role is for you
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Client Outreach – Identify and connect with potential customers for IT solutions.
Sales Presentation & Product Demonstration – Deliver compelling pitches showcasing software solutions.
Building & Maintaining Client Relationships – Engage decision-makers and foster long-term partnerships.
Deal Negotiation & Closure – Drive revenue growth by closing high-value deals.
Market Research & Strategy Development – Stay updated with industry trends and competitors.
Consultative Sales Approach – Understand client challenges and offer tailored IT solutions.
Follow-ups & Post-Sales Engagement – Ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Sales Reporting & CRM Management – Maintain accurate sales records and track performance.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years in IT sales, SaaS, or software solutions.
Communication & Negotiation: Strong ability to present and persuade.
Professionalism: Confident and engaging presence.
Sales-Driven Mindset: Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Persistence & Follow-Up Skills: Strong client engagement capabilities.
Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and respond to market needs.
