Business Development Manager

Key responsibilities
- Agent recruitment and development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new insurance agents and agency partners to build the agency network.
- Sales and performance management:
- Drive sales and ensure business targets are met by coaching agents.
- Conduct joint sales calls and provide support to help agents close deals.
- Monitor agent performance and retention.
- Training and support:
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve agents' product knowledge and sales skills.
- Provide ongoing support to agents and act as a single point of contact for their queries.
- Market analysis and strategy:
- Analyze market trends and identify new business and advisor opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase agent strength and business.
- Compliance and reporting:
- Ensure all sales activities and agents adhere to company policies and regulatory norms.
- Maintain accurate records and report on business performance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
