Role Overview:

We are looking for a
Conversion Rate Optimizer (CRO Specialist)
who will be responsible for maximizing the performance of our digital assets by improving user experience, A/B testing, and optimizing customer journeys across websites and landing pages. The role requires analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of consumer psychology and e-commerce metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze user behavior, website performance, and funnel metrics to identify drop-offs and optimization opportunities.
  • Plan and execute
    A/B tests
    ,
    multivariate tests
    , and
    landing page experiments
    across Epitight, Cozitis, and BuyNiconi websites.
  • Collaborate with
    performance marketing
    ,
    UI/UX
    , and
    tech teams
    to improve page layouts, CTAs, and overall site experience.
  • Monitor KPIs such as
    CTR, bounce rate, add-to-cart ratio, checkout completion
    , and
    conversion rate
    .
  • Leverage tools like
    Google Analytics, Hotjar, Clarity, GA4, and Tag Manager
    for insights and performance tracking.
  • Create data-backed reports and recommend actionable improvements based on testing outcomes.
  • Optimize product pages, checkout flows, and ad landing pages for higher ROI.
  • Coordinate with designers and copywriters to ensure persuasive content aligns with CRO goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest CRO, UX, and digital marketing trends to drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in
    Conversion Rate Optimization
    , preferably in
    D2C or e-commerce
    .
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in
    Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, Optimize, or similar tools
    .
  • Experience with
    A/B testing
    ,
    funnel analysis
    , and
    heat mapping tools
    .
  • Basic understanding of
    HTML/CSS
    , and familiarity with
    Shopify or WordPress
    platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with creative problem-solving ability.
