Role Overview

We are seeking an
Influencer Marketing Specialist
with
hands-on experience managing bulk influencer campaigns
across diverse brands. This role requires someone who has been the
primary client point of contact
, executed
end-to-end influencer activations
, and is skilled at driving results in a fast-paced
agency environment
.

You will be responsible for campaign planning, influencer management, execution oversight, and client servicing — ensuring every campaign is delivered with precision, impact, and measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Design campaign strategies that align with brand objectives, KPIs, and audience insights.
  • Create and manage structured campaign workflows, timelines, and briefing documents.

Influencer Sourcing & Management

  • Source, vet, and onboard nano, micro, and macro influencers at scale.
  • Manage large influencer rosters, ensuring quality, brand fit, and cost efficiency.
  • Negotiate deliverables, contracts, and budgets to maximize ROI.

Campaign Execution

  • Drive end-to-end execution for bulk campaigns across multiple categories and platforms.
  • Brief influencers, align content to brand tone/creative vision, and oversee approvals.
  • Ensure seamless scheduling, timely content delivery, and compliance with campaign guidelines.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as
    primary client POC
    throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Present strategies, campaign updates, and reports to clients, addressing queries and feedback promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (strategy, design, paid media, etc.) to deliver integrated solutions.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Track campaign metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) using analytics tools.
  • Prepare detailed post-campaign reports with insights, learnings, and recommendations.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and influencer performance benchmarks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of agency-side experience
    in influencer marketing, with proven end-to-end campaign execution.
  • Demonstrated success in handling
    influencer activations
    for multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Strong experience as a
    client-facing POC
    , with excellent relationship management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of influencer tiers (nano to celebrity) and content/engagement trends across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
