Job Title:

Influencer Marketing Manager – Logi5 Performance Business Unit

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and ROI.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and performance benchmarks with influencers and agencies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
  • Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of influencer campaigns using performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in influencer marketing.
  • Manage influencer marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within a performance-driven marketing environment.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing metrics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
