We seek an Influencer Marketing Specialist for a D2C brand in Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing Strategy & Execution

● Source, assess, and build authentic relationships with creators who align with the brand's voice and values.

● Lead all influencer campaigns across platforms (Instagram, YouTube), from concept to reporting.

● Negotiate smartly, always optimising spending while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

● Measure what matters - track KPIs like hook rate, hold rate, engagement, CTR, and conversions.

● Use insights to constantly evolve campaign formats, briefs, and performance strategy.

Operational Excellence

● Maintain a detailed creator CRM with clear data, pipelines, and relationship notes.

● Streamline creator briefs, contracts, and content approval processes.

● Collaborate closely with brand, performance, and content teams to integrate influencer strategy with wider marketing goals.

● Stay ahead of platform trends and formats and translate them into practical experimentation.

Job Qualifications

● 2-7 years of experience in influencer marketing and creator partnerships

● Experience working with D2C brands(preferably kids wear or apparel) directly or via an marketing agency

● Deep familiarity with digital-first platforms and creator trends across Instagram, YouTube, and more.

● Strong analytical thinking, you know how to turn numbers into a narrative and actions. Being able to build a predictable outcome for creators to invest in.

● Budget-smart with an ROI mindset, you don't throw money; you make it work harder.

● Excellent written and verbal communication - crisp, clear, compelling.

● Highly organised with strong project management and alignment skills.

● Bonus if you've worked with creators, micro-influencers, or built advocacy/ambassador communities
