Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Lead the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
  • Identify, approach, and build long-term relationships with key influencers and content creators in the industry to drive high-impact collaborations.
  • Negotiate and manage influencer contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Develop detailed content briefs and strategic campaign proposals for influencers, ensuring on-brand messaging and creative direction.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversions), interpret data independently, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, and analytics teams to develop and test impactful ad creatives and influencer content.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging social platforms, and competitive landscape to recommend new growth opportunities.
  • Mentor and support junior marketing executives in both influencer and performance marketing practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing and performance marketing, ideally within the beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns and paid media campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPC, CPA, CTR), and hands-on experience managing Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with influencers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and strong storytelling ability.
  • Data-driven decision-making capabilities, with ability to interpret campaign performance and recommend optimizations confidently.
  • Experience with influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Upfluence, AspireIQ) and paid ad tools (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads)
