We are seeking an experienced Conversion Optimization Specialist to join our marketing team. As a Conversion Optimization Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for managing, testing and implementing conversion points in the marketing funnel.

**In this role, you’ll get to**:

- Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel
- Manage and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms
- A/B test and continually measure the performance of CTAs
- Optimize our marketing’s conversion paths
- Increase conversion rates and drive marketing-qualified leads for our sales team
- Optimize the lead-to-customer conversion rate
- Increase funnel marketing efficiencies
- You're organised and structured, but can be flexible to the fast-paced environment of a startup like ours.
- You're a hands-on type who'll get into the weeds of things to deliver tangible results
- Someone with a track record helping app businesses launch products, and improving post-install KPIs such as retention and revenue
- This role is perfect for someone who's already worked on product marketing strategies in the past, but wants more ownership of what it looks like end-to-end

**We are looking for people who**:

- BA/BS or equivalent working experience
- 2+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B company (preferably app or similar tech)
- Past experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics
- Proficient using smart CTAs and smart form features to optimize for lifecycle stage and progressively profile our leads
- Good project management and communication skills. You will need to work with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver
- Strong time management and project management skills
