Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to focus on driving adoption of datasurfr. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying opportunities, and building relationships with decision-makers in security, risk, resilience, and compliance functions across global organizations.
This role requires an understanding of SaaS/product sales, a curiosity for global risk intelligence, and strong client engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and qualify prospects for datasurfr through outbound and inbound channels (calls, LinkedIn, emails, webinars, events).
- Build a robust sales pipeline targeting CSOs, risk managers, resilience leaders, and intelligence teams.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client risk intelligence needs and map datasurfr's value proposition.
- Schedule and support product demos with sales leaders and product specialists.
- Collaborate with marketing to drive campaigns and lead generation activities.
- Maintain detailed prospect data, sales progress, and forecasts in CRM systems.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets on leads, qualified opportunities, and conversions.
- Stay up to date on risk intelligence trends, competitors, and product developments to strengthen consultative selling.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in inside sales, SaaS/product sales, or B2B business development.
- Exposure to risk management, intelligence, or security technology is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders with credibility and confidence.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRMs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and digital prospecting tools.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
