Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Mumbai. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include making outbound sales calls, following up on potential leads, and maintaining records of sales activities.

- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service abilities
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
