Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Mumbai. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves daily interactions with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable dental services. The specialist will also track and follow up on sales leads to meet or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
