Inside Sales Expert
to deepen our B2B team.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including
India Mart, Alibaba, LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.

B2B Sourcing
: Source new clients and build relationships with existing ones to drive sales growth.

Social Media Management
: Utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms to promote products/services, engage with potential clients, and build brand awareness.

Email and Phone Communication
: Communicate effectively with clients and prospects via email and phone calls to understand their needs, provide solutions, and close deals.

Sales Growth
: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.

Data Management
: Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions in CRM software.
Requirements

Key Skills & Competencies
- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Skills:

Proven experience with Indiamart, Alibaba, and LinkedIn for B2B sourcing and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Familiarity with
CRM
software
: Experience with CRM software like
Zoho, Salesforce
, or similar.
- Industry knowledge: Understanding of the industry and market trends.
