Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Inside Sales professional with experience in software, IT, or technology sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and position appropriate IT/software/technology solutions.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Work closely with the business development and technical teams to create proposals, presentations, and demos.
  • Manage the entire inside sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–5 years of proven experience in
    IT sales, or technology sales
    .
  • Strong understanding of IT/software solutions, products, and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
