About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Pre-Sales(Female) to join our dynamic sales team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound leads, understanding client requirements, and coordinating with the sales team to convert inquiries into successful site visits and bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound leads, explain project details, and qualify potential buyers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team to drive conversions.
- Maintain updated lead records in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience and support the sales team in achieving targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in Marketing / Business Administration / Sales or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate pre-sales, telesales, or inside sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in handling large call volumes and maintaining professionalism.
- Strong persuasion and follow-up skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience in working with CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Knowledge of Pune's real estate market will be an added advantage.
- Female Candidate Required.
