About the Role
We're looking for a confident, people-first Pre-Sales Associate with excellent spoken & written English/Hinglish and top-notch presentation skills to help prospects understand our healthcare AI suite (VoiceMD AI, ClaimIQ, LangDocAI, RadiBot, Vaani, Sahyogi, Lipi). If you love demos, storytelling, and making complex tech simple—this is for you.
Compensation & Benefits

What You'll Do
Run discovery calls: understand customer pain points and map them to our solutions.
Create & deliver compelling product demos, presentations, and PoCs (online & onsite).
Craft crisp collateral: pitch decks, one-pagers, emails, WhatsApp/LinkedIn follow-ups.
Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Engineering on RFPs, proposals, and timelines.
Maintain a tidy pre-sales pipeline in CRM; capture notes, next steps, and outcomes.
Collect feedback from demos/Pilots and relay clear inputs to the product team.
Support events/webinars: demo booths, quick pitches, FAQs, lead handovers.
Must-Have Skills
Outstanding communication (verbal + written) and presentation/storytelling.
High confidence on Zoom/Meet and in-person demos; clear articulation & structure.
Strong listening and note-taking; ability to simplify technical concepts.
Self-starter, organized, and comfortable with fast turnarounds.
Good to Have
Internship in pre-sales/sales/BD/consulting/customer success.
Exposure to healthcare, SaaS, AI, or API/SDK products.
Basic hands-on with Google Slides/PowerPoint, Excel/Sheets, CRM (Zoho/HubSpot).
Comfort with demo environments, sample data, and light troubleshooting.
Eligibility
Any graduate/post-graduate; freshers welcome (projects/tutorials count).
Willing to travel for key demos/customer meetings (as needed).
Comfortable working India hours (IST) with occasional extended windows.
