Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our design services and products
- Understand client needs and offer suitable interior design solutions
- Follow up on leads and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Support the design and sales team with client coordination
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales progress
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in interior design or home decor (a plus)
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Positive, proactive, and customer-first attitude
