Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Executive located in Pune. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing purchase orders, handling purchase requisitions, overseeing procurement processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely acquisition of goods and services. The role requires maintaining strong vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management.
- Strong skills in Procurement and vendor management processes.
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
- Attention to detail and solid organizational abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
- Industry experience in the automotive sector is a plus.
