Roles & Responsibilities-

  • Research potential vendors, suppliers
  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
  • Identify alternative / new products in the market, undertake cost -benefit analysis
  • Enter order details (e.g., vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases Like ERP / SAP system
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  • Review quality of purchased products
  • Prepare reports on purchases, stock, including cost analyses
  • Handle end to end procurement of the assigned material and ensure timely delivery of materials at sites.
  • Control Inventory by optimizing lot size and reducing delivery lead time
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
  • Transfer excess dead stock to other sites
  • Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner
  • Establishing professional relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Requirements and skills
  • Expert in construction material Handle end to end procurement of the assigned material and ensure timely delivery of materials at sites and timely payment to suppliers.
  • Hands-on experience with purchasing software (e.g., ERP / SAP)
  • Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Executive or similar role
  • Understanding of supply chain procedures
  • Good knowledge of real estate industry related materials
  • Control Inventory by optimizing lot size and reducing delivery lead time.
  • Enhance value of the product / services and make annual rate contracts obtain alternate products / vendors or substituting the OEM's

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11, ₹36,418.49 per month
