Role Description

The role includes managing procurement processes, creating and managing purchase orders and requisitions, and ensuring timely delivery of required materials. The Junior Purchase Executive will work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure compliance with quality and cost standards. Effective communication and maintaining records related to purchases will be key responsibilities. Attention to detail and coordination with multiple stakeholders will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Real Estate experience is mandatory

  • Procurement of all materials related to building construction.
  • Liasoning with all projects heads to keep updated for requirement.
  • Vendor management, rate analyse, managing payments for them etc.
  • Should be from Real Estate/Construction Industry
  • Prepare comparative Statement of Quotations and finalize the supplier.
  • Prepare the purchase order, place the order in detailed quality, quantity, specifications, terms and conditions, delivery term etc. should be mentioned clearly.
  • Follow up with suppliers till material reach at site.
  • Procure the material from the right sources and at right prices.
  • Co-ordinate with sites to receive the purchase bills duly approved by Project Engineers within time frame.
  • Check bills with all respect and certify for payment
  • Software: ERP,SAP or any equivalent

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Purchase Orders, managing Purchase Requisitions, and overall Purchase Management processes.
  • Strong skills in Procurement, including vendor management and cost optimization.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail and timelines.
  • Familiarity with civil materials and vendor networks is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
