We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, components, and equipment required for our manufacturing operations, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and cost-efficiency. You will work closely with suppliers and internal departments to meet production targets and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors based on price, quality, service, and delivery capabilities.
  • Raise and process purchase orders based on production and inventory requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
  • Monitor inventory levels and initiate timely procurement to prevent stockouts or overstock.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production schedules.
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
  • Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure received materials meet specifications.
  • Resolve any supply-related issues including delays, defects, or rejections.
  • Assist in developing procurement strategies that align with company goals.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on purchasing, costs, delivery timelines, and vendor performance.
