Position: Purchase Executive Location: Erandwane , Pune Experience: 6-8 Years Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering Key Responsibilities: Material Rate approvals Check and approve rates for the material quoted in the BOQ received from the Estimation team Update the rates in the ERP after negotiations with the vendor/supplier and approval from the Reporting Manager Receiving Indents (Requisitions) Receiving demand/requisition/indents of material from different functions only through ERP and send RFPs to the suppliers Supplier Selection and Relationship Acquiring goods at a competitive rate by obtaining quotations from vendors/ suppliers Maintaining long-term exclusive relationships with top vendors through frequent catch-up meetings (at least twice a month) Ordering and Inventory Control Prepare and send the Purchase Order (PO) for review to the reporting manager Coordinating with the Inventory team to keep a check on the available supplies and goods weekly. Maintaining minimum stock levels as decided for office supplies, site material, etc. Knowledge Possessing knowledge of materials required at the company (Note: Candidate must have worked with the organization having their own purchase department. Electrical Engineering degree is must)

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
