Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Operator / Data Entry Executive with good communication skills to manage, update, and maintain patient and clinic-related data with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update patient records, treatment details, and daily reports in the system.
  • Maintain accuracy and completeness in all data entries.
  • Coordinate with staff, doctors, and front desk for data-related requirements.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Manage digital files, documents, and logs.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of patient data.
  • Assist in basic administrative tasks when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12th / Graduate in any discipline.
  • Good typing speed with strong attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment.
  • Prior experience in data entry preferred (not mandatory).

Work Schedule:

  • 9 hours shift
  • 6 days working.
