Job description

  • Coordination with Sales team, Customers and internal departments like Planning, dispatch, Production, logistics etc
  • Order Process/ Billing process / Stock transfer order/sample/inquiry processing
  • Data entry MIS 's – Quotation/ Sample / Depo order MIS/ Buffer stock /
  • Payment follows up with Customers
  • Action on open order report in SAP
  • creating approval for dispatch
  • Follow-up of readiness date & execution of dispatches
  • Order acknowledgment to Field executive's / customer.
  • Coordinate with Field executives for different confirmation
