Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at RHP Group of Companies, Haridwar. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling sales activities, lead generation, and client communication — preferably in the cosmetics, herbal, or personal care industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls and maintain effective communication with clients.
  • Generate new leads from the Indian market through calls, emails, and other digital platforms.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into orders.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and production teams for order processing and client requirements.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and share sales reports and updates with management.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities within the cosmetics and herbal industry.
  • Have a strong knowledge of cosmetics, herbal, and related products to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
  • Demonstrate good product understanding to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetics/herbal/personal care industry.
  • Candidates having prior experience or exposure in R&D (Research & Development) of cosmetics or herbal products will be strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
  • Good computer skills – proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Strong customer handling and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and a good team player.

Commensurate with experience and industry standards
