Inventory and stock management

Receive, log, and store incoming materials and products.

Maintain accurate inventory records, which may include daily reconciliation with purchase orders.

Track stock levels, identify slow-moving items, and assist with ordering and replenishment.

Implement stock rotation to ensure older items are used first ("first in, first out") to minimize spoilage.

Conduct regular stock counts, including periodic physical and annual inventories.
