PPC Executive

Job Title: PPC Executive (Injection Molding ,Sheet Metal & Fabrication)

Location: Haridwar

Department: PPC

Experience: 3–5 years

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / BE – Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering

Job Summary:

Responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling production activities for injection molding and sheet metal components. Ensures on-time delivery, optimal resource utilization, and smooth coordination between production, purchase, and dispatch teams

Key Responsibilities:

1) Prepare and monitor daily/weekly/monthly production plans.

2) Plan machine loading, mold/die changeovers, and capacity utilization.

3) Coordinate with purchase and stores for material availability.

4) Track production progress and update plan vs. actual reports.

5) Maintain RM,WIP and finished goods inventory as per targets.

6) Ensure timely delivery as per customer schedules.

7)Prepare MIS reports and coordinate cross-functional activities.

Skills Required:

1) Knowledge of injection molding and sheet metal processes.

2) Good understanding of computer skill

3) Strong analytical and communication skills.

4) Hands-on experience in production planning .

5) Key Performance Indicators:

8) Inventory accuracy

9) Plan vs. actual production variance

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
