Job Title: Senior Executive / Manager – Accounts (Costing)
Experience: 7–10 Years
Department: Finance & Accounts
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, analyze, and control product costing, variance analysis, and cost allocation.
- Monitor standard costing, actual vs. budget analysis, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain cost sheets, BOM (Bill of Materials), and ensure accuracy of data in ERP system.
- Conduct monthly/quarterly cost audits and prepare MIS reports for management review.
- Support management in pricing decisions, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Stores for capturing accurate cost data.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, cost audit requirements, and statutory norms.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts, and monitor cost control measures.
- Handle internal/external auditors for cost-related queries.
- Support implementation of cost optimization initiatives across departments.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of costing, cost audits, and financial analysis.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interdepartmental coordination skills.
Qualification:
- CA / ICWA (Cost Accountant) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional degree.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
