Front Office Guest Relation Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Guest Relation Executive to join our team at the Godwin Hotel Group. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in front office operations, excellent communication skills, and a strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage front office operations, including handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Provide training and support to junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Analyze feedback and suggest improvements to improve overall guest experience.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of front office software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Experience working with diverse groups of people, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
- Strong attention to detail, maintaining accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
