Assistant Front Office Manager

- Staff supervision: Train, mentor, and supervise front desk staff, ensuring they adhere to hotel policies and standards. Monitor staff performance and address employee questions and concerns.
- Guest services: Oversee the check-in and check-out process to ensure it is efficient and welcoming. Handle and resolve guest complaints and resolve disputes to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Operational management: Manage day-to-day front office operations, including handling reservations, cancellations, room assignments, and managing room availability.
- Financial and administrative duties: Monitor front office cashiering functions, manage guest invoicing, and ensure pricing policies and internal audit procedures are followed. Prepare and analyze front office reports on revenue and occupancy.
- Coordination: Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met and the hotel runs smoothly.
- Revenue management: Supervise same-day selling procedures to maximize room revenue and occupancy rates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
