Key Responsibilities:
1. Material Handling & Documentation

Prepare and manage RGP (Returnable Gate Pass) and NRGP (Non-Returnable Gate Pass) challans in SAP and physical form.

Monitor inward/outward movement of materials and ensure proper documentation.

Follow up for timely return of RGP materials and maintain complete records.

  1. SAP Transactions & Purchase

Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP MM module.

Perform SAP transactions like GRN, material issue, stock transfer, and gate pass generation.

Generate and analyze SAP reports for stock, consumption, and pending orders.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all SAP entries.

  1. Inventory & Stores Management

Manage receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials, consumables, and spares.

Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation with SAP.

Maintain optimal stock levels while avoiding overstocking.

  1. Data Management & Reporting

Maintain all purchase, store, and challan records systematically.

Prepare MIS reports on stock movement, purchase status, and challan tracking.

Use MS Excel / Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis, etc.) for reporting.

  1. Coordination & Compliance

Coordinate with production, purchase, quality, vendors, and transporters for smooth material flow.

Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

Support management with accurate and timely reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain / Materials Management.

2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain / Stores / Purchase functions.

Hands-on experience in SAP (MM Module) – PR, PO, GRN, RGP/NRGP handling.

Proficiency in MS Excel; Advanced Excel preferred.

Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
