Job Description: Business Development (BD) Manager
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and self-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Delhi NCR. The person will be responsible for expanding MAXME's presence in the region by engaging with schools, colleges, higher educational institutions, and other partners. The ideal candidate has a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education and human development.
This is a client-facing role that requires travel across Delhi NCR and nearby regions.

Delhi NCR, India (Remote/On-site, depending on client engagements)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Delhi NCR region and beyond
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, educational institutions, corporates, and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Drive end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to closing deals
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to tailor offerings for client needs
- Attend industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings
- Achieve and exceed business development targets and KPIs
About You:
- 6–10 years of experience in business development or consultative sales
- Background in the Ed-Tech or education sector is a strong advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in English
- Confidently present to senior stakeholders (Owners, Vice Chancellors, Principals, Directors, HR Heads, etc.)
- Willing and able to travel across India
- Self-starter, solution-oriented, and aligned with MAXME's mission to create impact
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus
- An MBA is preferred, however, equal importance is given to passion, relevant experience, and alignment with the values and purpose of the role.
