• SAAS-based automated Business Resilience Platform: A web-based Integrated BCM and Crisis Management Software, it's offerings are compliant with ISO 22301 and full-scale automation towards conducting Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Plans, Testing, Emergency Response, Risk Assessment, and Recovery Strategies
• Escrow Management through a Promart solution designed to meet the RERA/Non-RERA regulatory requirements imposed by the banking sector The vision and mission of the organization are driven by a team of 100+ skilled and efficient employees.

About Preferred Candidate

An experienced consulting professional with deep knowledge of solutions, industry best practices, and multiple business processes or technology designs. Works independently to deliver high-quality solutions using Ascent products, applying company methodologies and leading practices to meet customer needs. Skilled in managing complex projects, providing both functional and technical solutions, and effectively consulting with client leadership. Additionally, participates in business development, leads teams, and configures solutions for intricate projects, leveraging financial product and technical expertise with strong communication and rapport-building skills.

Roles & Responsibilities


• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.


• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Conducting meetings and presentations with business stakeholders.


• Performing requirements analysis.


• Documenting and communicating the results to stakeholders.


• Effectively communication of insights and plans to cross-functional team members.


• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.


• Customer Engagement


• Performing testing as and when required.


• Team leading capabilities.


• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.


• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.


• Managing competing resources and priorities.

Skills, Abilities and Other Requirements


• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.


• Fair technical knowledge / skills.


• Able to understand end to end application flow.


• Excellent documentation skills (BRD, FSD, etc).


• Knowledge on BFSI/ banking will be a plus.
