We are seeking a driven Business Analyst to join our Data & Analytics function. You will help unlock insights from our transaction, marketing, traffic, and operational data to guide strategic and tactical decisions across the business. As a key team member, you will partner closely with stakeholders in marketing, operations, finance, and tech to turn data into business impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations (primarily in Power BI) for stakeholders across functions.
  • Write, validate, and optimize SQL queries to collect, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, logs, etc.).
  • Conduct deep dive, ad hoc, and trend analyses to identify growth opportunities, risks, and performance drivers.
  • Present findings and recommendations in clear, compelling formats to non‑technical audiences (executive summaries, slide decks, reports).
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams (marketing, operations, logistics, finance, tech) to understand business challenges, define KPIs, and monitor progress.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across reporting pipelines.
  • Manage competing priorities and deliver under deadlines, in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • 1–3 years experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst, ideally within e‑commerce, retail, or digital business settings.
  • Proficient in SQL (e.g. query writing, joins, aggregations, subqueries, performance tuning).
  • Strong experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools) for dashboarding, data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions, advanced formulas, charting).
  • Excellent communication skills — capable of translating technical analysis into business insights for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, yet collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical mind, and a business-oriented mindset.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
  • Familiarity with e‑commerce marketplace data (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.) or digital marketing analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Understanding of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
