Job Title: Business Analyst

Role Overview:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst with proven experience in the travel

industry and payment gateway integration. You'll bridge the gap between business needs and

technical execution, ensuring seamless booking experiences and secure payment flows across our

travel platforms.

�� Key Responsibilities:

 Analyze and document business requirements for travel booking engines, itinerary

management, and payment workflows.

 Collaborate with stakeholders to define product features, user stories, and acceptance

criteria.

 Evaluate and optimize payment gateway performance (success rates, chargebacks, fraud

trends).

 Work with development teams to implement secure and scalable payment solutions.

 Conduct gap analysis between current systems and desired functionality.

 Support UAT and QA teams with test case creation and validation.

 Monitor industry trends in travel tech and digital payments to inform product strategy.

 Liaise with PSPs, acquiring banks, and fraud prevention teams to ensure compliance and

performance.

 Create data-driven reports using SQL, Excel, or BI tools to track KPIs and identify areas for

improvement.

�� Required Skills & Experience:

 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in travel tech and fintech.

 Strong understanding of OTA platforms, GDS integrations, and travel APIs.

 Hands-on experience with payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, PayU, etc.).

 Familiarity with PCI-DSS compliance and fraud detection mechanisms.

 Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.

 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

 Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

�� Preferred Qualifications:

 Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile methodologies.
