Job Title: Business Analyst

Experience: 2-5 Years

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of business operations and IT systemspreferably in the Banking or Finance domain. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are accurately captured, documented, and implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
  • Support the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements, user stories, and test cases.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with both business and technical teams.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking, Finance, or related industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of business operations and IT systems.
  • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools to document requirements and user stories.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with requirement management tools (JIRA, Confluence, or similar).
  • Knowledge of banking products, financial services, or regulatory requirements.
  • Exposure to data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.
